In an area of the state where senior care is very competitive, new business, The Help, was having difficulty conveying their practice adequately. The original brand did not communicate to the consumer what exactly they offered. Lack of a web presence made it difficult to gain new business.
GreenFox developed a new brand and tag line that quickly and easily conveyed the mission of The Help. Successfully, enVision made this part of all collateral including business cards, name tags, signage, promotional items, a rack card, and a new website.
A simple and trustworthy new look has promoted new business for The Help. A new website means their demographic, primarily middle aged adults living outside of Granbury, is now able to easily locate The Help and identify their services. In addition, a consistent look for The Help establishes a necessary trust with the consumer.
